Our newest adult petticoat is Rockabilly Red with stunning black satin binding and black chiffon FLUFF at the hem. The skirt is 23″ making it a knee length skirt. It is double layered and is 60 yards of organdy, and chiffon. Waist is red satin and is totally adjustable from small waists up to 38″ waist.
